      We will ship your order from the nearest location depending on your country to ensure faster delivery.


Reshipment Policy

We will reship your order for free in the following cases:

Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong item, we will reship the correct product at no extra cost.

Order Stuck in Customs

If your package is stuck in customs and cannot be delivered, we will reship your order again.

Lost or Not Delivered

If your order is lost or not delivered within the expected time, we will reship a new package.

If you want to return your product:

How to Return

  • You must send the product back to our warehouse in Malaysia.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refund

  • Once we receive the returned product in Malaysia, we will process a full refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Reshipments are free only for valid issues as mentioned above.
