Product Refund Process
- Please inform us if you want to return the product within seven days after receiving it. To initiate the return procedure, you must send the product to the Malaysia address.

- If you received a wrong product or an item that was damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. After we have confirmed the problem, we will refund you within seven business days of receiving the returned product.
